The applicable deadlines have been released for food vendors seeking health permits for events marking the 60th celebration of St. Thomas Carnival, according to a press release issued Monday by the V.I. Department of Health’s Environmental Health Division.
Vendors are urged to adhere to the start and end dates for seeking health permits, which are listed according to the event or the site where the activity will be held:
- Lionel Robert’s Stadium – Wednesday, March 28 – Wednesday, April 11
- Carnival Village – Wednesday, March 28 -Friday, April 13
- Food Fair – Tuesday, April 3 – Wednesday, April 18
- J’ouvert – Tuesday, April 10 – Friday, April 20
- Horse Race – Tuesday, April 10 – Friday, April 20
- Boat Race – Thursday, April 12 -Tuesday, April 17
- Children’s and Adults’ Parades – Friday, April 13 – Thursday, April 19
