The public restrooms owned by the Port Authority at the Lindbergh Bay Beach on St. Thomas will be open from 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. daily effective Saturday, April 7, according to a press release issued Friday by the Virgin Islands Port Authority. The restrooms will be closed in the evenings to prevent vandalism that has plagued the facility since it was opened two years ago.
