Elvira Setorie died on Aug. 23.
Elvira Setorie is survived by her son, Ramon "JoJo" Brutus Sr.; daughter, Yvette Brutus; brother, Austin Lawrence; sisters: Huldah Vialet and Edith Francis; grandchildren: – Ramona Brutus, Jolecia Brutus, Ramon Brutus Jr. and Janiyah Brutus; great grandchildren: Aniyah Wilson, Armoni Wilson and Shai Anne Webley; sister-in-law, Sonia Setorie; nieces: Noreen West, Linda Smith, Gladys Bastian, Marisa Watson, Teresa Bastian, Gloria Lawrence, Michelle Lawrence, Sandra Setorie, LaVerne Setorie, Laura Setorie, Antoinette Setorie, Roxanne Setorie, Robin Setorie, Ellen Setorie, Morgan Setorie and Antonia Setorie; and nephews: Felix Vialet, Jr., Claurance Setorie, Aubrey Vialet ,Laurence Setorie Jr.,Kenneth Williams, Kenneth Setorie, Liston Smith, Ray Setorie, Leslie Smith, Antonio Setorie, Lesmore Smith,Ronald Setorie, Arthur Bastian Jr.,Edwin Lawrence, Austin Lawrence Jr., Glen Lawrence and Anthony Lawrence.
The first viewing will be held from 5-7 on Sept. 7, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home.
A second viewing will be held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Sept. 8, at Christian Fellowship Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay
