A mandatory meeting for all Lockhart Elementary School parents has been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 4. Deputy Virgin Islands Police Chief Dwayne DeGraff will provide some information about an upcoming activity, so all parents are encouraged to attend and to be on time.
