Rotary St. Thomas East is now selling its dining out books filled with two-for-one coupons to restaurants on St. Thomas and St. John. All proceeds from these books fund a four-year scholarship to the University of the Virgin Islands that is awarded annually to a graduate of Eudora Kean High School.
