Pauline LynchThe Division of Banking and Insurance, Office of the Lieutenant Governor, continues to work toward its goal of strengthening the territory’s regulatory environment through employee training. Pauline Lynch, a financial services examiner for the division, has attained the designation of associate professional in insurance regulation through the National Association of Insurance Commissioner (NAIC) Professional Designation Program.
