The 2013 Quartermaster Regimental Honors Panel selected CW5 Ellen M. Magras as a Distinguished Member of the Quartermaster Regiment (DMOR). The DMOR award honors selected individuals who have made "distinguished contributions to the Quartermaster Corps," and who, by virtue of prestige, status and experience, will assist in fostering regimental pride and esprit, heritage and tradition.
CW5 Magras is from St. Thomas and is currently stationed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Fla. She has served in the military since 1985 and would like to send greetings to all fellow Virgin Islands military personnel, family and friends. She is the daughter of Dariel C Ruiz and the late John Richard Magras.
