Elsie V. Francis, also known as “Mae Mae,” died on May 26 at her residence. She was 85 years old.
She is survived by her children: Vincent Thompson, Theriseta Francis and Raymond Francis; grandchildren: Jeffrey Thompson,Pearline Thompson-Hill,Dian Thompson, Kamiliah Thompson, Vincent Thompson Jr., Dwayne Harris, Devone Harris, Desaree Stevens, ReKivah Francis- Ludvig, ReKheem Francis, ReKeisha Francis and Rayvon Francis; great-grandchildren: Jamari, Tremaine, Jaimel, Jorell and Jolyse Thompson, Maya Ferdschneider, Micah Hill, Latonia and Antonia Thomas, Kimani and Kamari Lenhart, Jahquan and Tyron Harris, GeDessa Reed, Kiante’ and Kiajah Estril, Jahnaya and ReNyah Ludvig, and Khamani and Zeyah Francis; as well as many other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 7, at Faith Wesleyan Church. Interment will be at Cemetery No. 3.
