Mary Caines died on June 2 at her residence. She was 81 years old.
She is survived by her husband, James Caines; stepchildren: Osiaus, Francis, Henry, Tom and Louisa Caines and families on St. Kitts; brothers: Alfred Henry and family, Franklyn Henry and family (both on St. Kitts); niece, Pearl Mathilda and family on Curacao; godchild, Micah Celestine in Florida; friends: Sis. and Bro. Celestine in Dominica, Mrs. King and family, Pastors Blyden and Marshall and families, Sis. and Bro. Sanderson, and the Trinity Baptist Church family; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a first viewing held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, June 13, at the Davis Funeral Home. A second viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Friday, June 14, at Trinity Baptist Church in Bolongo. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
