Jean L. Brown-Joseph of Mutual Homes died on Dec. 1. She was 72 years old.
She was preceded in death by her niece, Joycelyn Davis Phillip; nephew, Leopole Davis; and
family friends: Roosevelt Charles, Alfreda Kirby and Susannah Paul.
She is survived by her daughters: Lorenz Joseph-Roberts, Dorothy "Lucy" Joseph and Janice Joseph; sons: Noel "Eco" Brown, Eustace "Boss" Joseph and Paul; grandchildren: Levi Brown, Akeema Brown, Shauna Lewis-Greaux, Sean Lewis, Shaquan "Oj" Joseph, Shakar Joseph, Latoyah Sweeney, Latisha Roberts, Shaquille Roberts, Kieron Jonas, Patrick John, Mishka John, Michael John and Alisha John; great-grandchildren: Joseph "Lebron" Greaux Jr., Joshaun Greaux, Jahmir and Jahmar Greaux, J-Twain, Amalie and Tianna Sookram; and adopted grandchildren: Nichelle Gore, Malika Leonard and Pellis Leonard.
She is also survived by son-in-law, Bertram Roberts; daughter-in-law, Patricia Bryan; nieces: Murna Davis, Victorine Baltimore, Ruthlyn Davis, Loretta Davis, Grethlyn Davis Christopher, Angela Brown-Rivers, Andrea Perez, Paulette, Eugenia and Patrice Perry-Cargill; nephews: Keith Davis, Lorenzo Davis, Clarence Davis, Cleveland Davis, Stanley Hedrington, Peter Brown and Cecil Brown; and family friends: Ethney Thomas and family, Loretta Benjamin and family, Cartwright Peters and family, Inez Henry and family, Sylvia Henry and family, Dahlia Brown Romeny and family, Mr. and Mrs. Brooke, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd and family, Nellerine Benjamin and family, Joan Roberts and family, Charles Anthony, Reynold and Gail families, and Bonnie.

There will be a viewing held at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, at St. John’s Anglican Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
