Cammalieta “KayKay” Arthurton of Aureo Diaz Heights died on Jan. 6 at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 47 years old.
She is survived by her mother, Melsada Arthurton; father, Myron Arthurton; daughters: Patrice and Monique Arthurton; sons: Vitalis Mathurin Jr., Antonio and K-mani Arthurton; sister, Victoria Arthurton; brothers: Kingsley, Myron Jr., Vaughn, Avery, Garvin and Stacy “Drago” Arthurton; and nieces: Jaynae, Destiny, Melisha and Ashley Arthurton, Monisha Bannis and Denisha “Din Din” Guy.
She is also survived by nephews: Tyrell Street, Emerson Kingsley Arthurton Jr. Vaughn Anson Arthurton Jr., Juqan Arthurton, Joshua Arthurton, Jeremy Zion Arthurton, Avery Arthurton Jr. and Eran Joshua Arthurton; aunts: Ammorelle Bailey, Bernette Skeete, Jacinth Bailey, Beverly Bailey, Mosela Stevens and Aggeneta Sherrif; uncle, Hugh “Lester” Bailey; brother-in-law, Ecerodo Lindquist; sisters-in-law: Melanie Street, Amy Arthurton, Yolanda Arthurton and Juliet Arthurton; godchildren: Juqan Arthurton and SaVaughna John-Baptiste; and special friends: Sandy John-Baptiste, Jacklin Mottley, Francis Martin and Derrick Ballantine.
Other survivors include relatives: Skeete, Bailey, Payne, Williams, Smithen, Caines, Bridgewater, McCall, Brown, Bass, Jeffers, Douglas, Boyles, Robinson and Gilbert families; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral services at 11 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 24, at the New Testament Church, Estate Whim. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
