Roy Anthony Christopher Sr., also known as "Coom," of Good Hope Town House died on Feb. 22. He was 62 years old.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Leola Abel Franklin.
He is survived by his father, Etheldred Christopher Sr.; stepmother, Chrystalia Christopher; daughters: Kisha and Shakima Christopher; sons: Amolay, Roy Jr., Jamal, Kareem and Anwar
Christopher; grandchildren: Arisa, Malik, Amelia, Roy III, K’myah, Asar, Kaream and Anwar Christopher Jr., Ray-Shyra and Ray-Mani Davy, Ke’Mykah Barnes, Z’Nylah Christiansen, Makari Meyers and Shalavia Cobb; sisters: Sharon Payne, Almeade Williams and Audrey Abel; brothers: Raymond, Carl, John and Etheldred Christopher Jr., and George and John Franklin; and nieces: Cid Stevens, Cindy, Candice, Kaivailya, Salama, Mekera, Medi and Tevonnae Christopher.
He is also survived by nephews: Amooi and Etheldred Christopher III, Thomas Marius, Abassi Franklin, Clyde Stevens, and Chris and Clarence Jarvis; aunts: Lena Schulterbrandt and Mabel Bennerson; uncles: Lloyd and O’Neal Abel; daughter-in-law, Vanessa Christopher; sister-in-law, Gail Christopher; extended family: Antoinette Lenhardt-Richards and Afrilasia Joseph-Phipps; and special friends: Mr. and Mrs. Odingo Davila, Mr. and Mrs. Beverly McFarlane, Mr. and Mrs. Neville Cummings, Myrtle Richards, Elizabeth Dawson, the Lenhardt family, Onika Glasgow, Jovan Torres, Norma Alicea, Alicia Francis, Sharon George, Stanley Mcintosh and Clayton Knight.

A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, at Friedensberg Moravian Church, Frederiksted. Interment will be at Frederiksted Cemetery.
