Army Pvt. Al N. Joseph/St. Croix
April 4, 2014 (Defense Media Activity) — Army Pvt. Al N. Joseph has graduated from basic combat training at Fort Jackson, Columbia, S.C.
During the nine weeks of training, the soldier studied the Army mission, history, tradition and core values and physical fitness. He received instruction and practice in basic combat skills, military weapons, chemical warfare and bayonet training, drill and ceremony, marching, rifle marksmanship, armed and unarmed combat, map reading, field tactics, military courtesy, military justice system, basic first aid, foot marches and field training exercises.
Joseph is the son of Anna Brice of Frederiksted, St. Croix
He is a 2013 graduate of St. Croix Educational Complex High School, Kingshill.

Air Force Airman Jancarios Uribe/St. Croix
Air Force Airman Jancarios UribeApril 15, 2014 (Joint Hometown News Service) — Air Force Airman Jancarios Uribe graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Uribe is the son of Fiordaliza Ayala of Christiansted.

McGregor is the son of Sylvia and Carlos McGregor of Christiansted, St. Croix.

Payne is the son of Mona and Kenneth Payne of Kissimmee, Florida.
He is a 2009 graduate of St. Croix Educational Complex High School, Kingshill. He earned an associate degree in 2012 from the University of the Virgin Islands, St. Thomas.
