Ernest Alberto Lynch Sr. died on July 17 in New York.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Agatha Mason-Francis and Joseph Nathaniel Lynch; brothers: Monsanto Nesbett and Hubert Lynch; and sisters: Omah Williams, Almeda Williams-Millner, Mercedes Francis and Cleopha Francis-Hall.
He is survived by his daughters: Terry Lynch and Lorelie Lynch-Clarke; sons: Ernest Lynch Jr and Avery Lynch; stepdaughter, Adnil Thomas-Clarke; stepsons: Rene, Adrian and Fred Thomas Jr.; grandchildren: Navan and LaShanda Fahie, Rasheema, Rashid and Linda Clarke, Elle Nielsen and Alexis A. Lynch; great-grandson, Ryan Fahie; sister, Elizabeth Lynch; brothers: Joseph and Euclid Lynch; son-in-law, Carlton Clarke; sister-in-law, Marilyn Lynch; special friends: the Byron and Galloway families, Linda Gill, Debra Harmon and family, Christiansted High School Class of 1958 family and Eleanor Charles; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 31, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Anglican Church, Frederiksted. Interment will be at Kingshill Cemetery.
