The St. Croix District Board of Elections will meet at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 26, to begin counting the 2014 Run-Off Election Mail-in Absentee Ballots. The counting will take place at the St. Croix Office of the Elections System, No. 93AB Sunny Isles Annex.
