Acting Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Department of Health Duane Howell has announced there will be a general staff assembly for all St. Croix staff from 8-10 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at the Charles Harwood Complex. Service to the public will resume promptly at Department of Health clinics when the staff assembly has concluded at 10 a.m.
