The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee will hold the annual Carnival season kick-off conference at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 15, from their offices on Lower Kronprindsens Gade. The conference will be aired live on WVWI Radio One AM 1000. Included on the agenda will be discussion of the Carnival schedule of events and the organization's finances. Applications may be picked up at the Committee's office.
