Dr. Ruby Simmonds, acting commissioner of education, announces that the Addelita Cancryn Junior High School will be closed on Tuesday, March 30 in tribute to Dr. Addelita Cancryn, the school's namesake.
The faculty, staff and students of the school will be participating in the funeral services scheduled to be held at All Saints Cathedral.
Classes will resume on Tuesday, April 6, following the extended Transfer Day and Easter holidays.
