St. Croix District Late School Registration Begins

Aug. 12, 2004 – Terrence T. Joseph, insular superintendent of schools for the St. Croix District, has announced that late registration begins today at the office of pupil personnel services, located at the Theodora Dunbavin Complex.
Parents wishing to register a child must bring the child to be registered between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., and also bring the following documents:
the child's original birth certificate (U.S. citizens only)
passport
resident card
naturalization certificate (non-citizens only)
V.I. immunization card with clearance form attaches
report card from previous schools
proof of parent's physical address (examples: driver's license, voter's identification card, Cable TV bill, WAPA bill)
child's Social Security card
affidavit of legal guardianship if needed.
Parents are reminded that students entering kindergarten must be five years of age on or before December 31, 2004, a release said.
