Jan. 26, 2005 – Senate President Lorraine L. Berry Wednesday announced that Gov. Charles W. Turnbull will deliver the annual State of the Territory Address at 7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 31, in the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Chambers on St. Thomas.
The address will be carried live on television by WTJX, TV2, and VIPAN. St. Thomas radio stations that will carry the address live include WSTA (1340 AM), WVWI (1000 AM), WIUJ (102.9 FM). On St. Croix the address will be carried by WSTX (970 AM), WDHB (1620 AM) and WAXJ (103.5).
