Feb. 10, 2005 – The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority has scheduled a water interruption for Friday, Feb. 11, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to repair a leaking water distribution line in Estate Thomas, New Quarter, Upper Road.
To minimize water loss, on Thursday night the Authority will gravity feed water to the area beginning at 10 p.m. The water distribution lines will be pressurized from 5 to 9 a.m. on Friday morning. During the gravity feed period, higher elevations may experience difficulty with water pressure.
