The VIPD, U.S. Coast Guard and Planning and Natural Resources enforcement officers intercepted the sail boat Lady Ashleigh Brett, east of Point Udall. It was carrying 44 men, 27 women and three children, according to a release from the Police Department. All but one of the illegal aliens were Haitians.
