Hospital Has Leadership Mastery Workshop
Dr. G. Eric Allenbaugh (author, executive coach and speaker) will conduct a team-building workshop for the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and Medical Center at Carambola Beach Resort at 9 a.m., on Monday and Tuesday, Jan. 30 and 31. Participants will include the hospital's board of directors, executive management, and about 50 staff members. Attendees will learn to optimize individual and team performance; foster a spirit of teamwork and accountability, develop strategic direction for long range plans and create higher levels of customer service.
