Thoroughbred Retirement Effort Has Open House
The Virgin Islands Community Cooperation Thoroughbred Retirement Effort is hosting an open house on Saturday, March 4, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., at the St Thomas Dairies. VICCTRE is a registered non-profit organization that assists the community with horse rescue, rehabilitation and retirement.
The public is welcome to visit with the horses and members of the organization. Wine and cheese will be served.
