March 21, 2006 — The West Is Best Triathlon takes pleasure in sponsoring a bike clinic designed to enhance the riding skills of all cyclists. Hosted by the Virgin Islands Cycling Federation, the clinic will cover such issues as ensuring the correct fit of your bike, riding for speed and safety, racing tips, and free bike tune-ups. The clinic is scheduled for March 25, 2006 at Sunset Grill at Sprat Hall Frederiksted, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
That's one week before the West Is Best Triathlon.
This clinic is free to all athletes and geared for beginner to intermediate cyclists. Bring your bike, riding clothes and helmet!
Small group rides on the road will be offered with experienced cyclists to improve technique. So come on out to Sunset Grill, meet other island cyclists and improve your bike racing skills.
