April 3, 2006 – The Parade Subcommittee of the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee will hold a mandatory meeting for all troupe leaders or their representative at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, April 5, at the Government Development Bank building across from Grand Hotel.
Parade Subcommittee Chairman Angel "Juanie" Turnbull will lead discussions and members of the executive and judges committee will also be there. The deputy chief of police will be making a presentation and troupe leaders will be picking their numbers for the parade lineup, according to a press release from Parade Subcommittee.
