Parade Subcommittee Has Mandatory Meeting
The Parade Subcommittee of the Virgin Islands Carnival Committee will hold a mandatory meeting for all troupe leaders or their representative at 6 p.m., on Wednesday, April 5, at the Government Development Bank building across from Grand Hotel.
The deputy chief of police will be making a presentation and troupe leaders will be picking their numbers for the parade lineup.
