Wow! I am amazed that the Governor, under whose leadership (?) the school system has gone from bad to worse, is being given an award for education. Clearly the University of Minnesota is unaware of what he has/has not done or they are supremely desperate to find awardees. His inclusion unfairly diminishes the honor of the "award" for others who may be deserving. This news, on the heels of the territorial report card on the schools, would be comical if not so sad.
