I have lived in St. Thomas for almost nine years and have owned property here for twenty years, so I have some authority to say that Anna Clarkes admonitions concerning what needs to be changed here should be heeded. Vern Turnbull can be as proud as she likes about positive changes made up to now, but shame on her for inviting readers to ignore Anna Clarke. I dont know either of these women, but I do know that we all have to continue eliminating the problems which plague our Virgin Islands, and Anna has put her finger on the cause of many of them. Bravo Anna!
