This story made me especially glad I voted for Governor-elect deJongh twice. It is a very good indicator that our new Governor, instead of taking a well-deserved break to enjoy relaxing on a holiday, is already serving his fellow Virgin-Islanders and looking for ways to offer help and hope to those who need it. What a good example he has set for the rest of us. That's what leadership is about, and I look forward to great things from his administration.
