FRC Offers Rites of Passage Program for Boys

July 14, 2008 – The Family Resource Center's Family and Youth Crises Intervention Program is holding registration for its "Rites of Passage" component. The program, funded by the Department of Human Services, is free, but space is limited.
The program is currently accepting registration from parents who have sons, ages 9 to 12 years. It will be offering free field trips, tai chi, computer literacy, social development/socialization skills, cultural literacy and ecological art. The program will be held on every Saturday from Sept. 6, through the closing ceremony to be held on Dec. 13. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
