Nov. 10, 2008 – The Virgin Islands Lottery Commission will hold its monthly meeting at 10 a.m., on Wednesday, Nov. 12, at the Department of Finance on St. Thomas, according to a press release from Acting Executive Director Lenyse Shomo.
