Feb. 6, 2009 – Marlene E. Todman of Hannah's Rest died on Jan. 30, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 75 years old.
She is survived by her children: Tyree Y. Knight and Debra T. Tutein;
brothers: Warren C., Walter A. and Winston; sisters: Claire I. Marshall, Lorraine Nanton, Delores Clendinen, Myrl P. Hendricks and Delita Todmann Utley; grandchildren: Kissa M. Tutein, Kareema M. Smith and Kameela M. Smith; and great-grandchild, Kadejah Stevens. She is also survived by godchildren: Jewel Ross Brathwaite and Larry Hindman; special cousins: Gwendolyn C. Blake, Kathleen Canton, Sylvia Brown, Robert Todmann, Henry Williams Sr.; special friends: Ernestine Richards, Josephine Bennerson, Hyacinth Nesbitt, Delta M. Dorsch, Gloria Gordon, Leona B. Wheatley, Dr. W. Williams, Alice Tuitt, Jeannette Iles, Vivian Ebbesen-Fludd, Angel Maldonado, Lena Schulterbrandt, Derek Cole, Juanita Joseph and Alphonso Aaron; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10:30 and a funeral service at 11 a.m., on Thursday, Feb. 12, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Interment will follow at Frederiksted Cemetery.
