He is survived by his wife, Pamela M. Turner; daughters: Jasmine Turner, Barbara Turner, Alesia Jerrels, Valarie Daniel and Loretta Moorehead; sons: Hewlette, Steverly, Reuben and Emanuel Jr.; grandchildren: Jahmil, Emmaleah, Tamia, Maleek, Tyreek, Dejah, Zayden, Ava, Akeem, Nekisha, Jahniel, Jurnell Turner Joseph III, Najeem, Raheem, Naemah, Jo’seim Daniel, Nicole James, Shyla and Sheniqua Greendige, Yasmine, Dennis, Rodney and Ryan Moorehead, and Brandon Walker; and great-grandchildren: Jahnice and Tatiana Turner and Aaron Chaing. He is also survived by daughters-in-law: Maria and Coralie Turner; sons-in-law: Jeffery Jerrels, Joseph Daniel Jr. and Rodney Moorehead Sr.; sister, Molly Turner; mother-in-law, Margaret Galloway; special nephew and nieces: Ernestine Henry, Bernadine Hodge and Monalee Phipps; special cousin, Mary Thomas; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention. Other survivors include: members of the Peter’s Rest Seventh-day Adventist Church family, the Peter’s Rest family, Beryl Henry, Mr. and Mrs. Nurse, Millicent Joseph, Virginia Liburd, Ineta Hector, Helena Knowles, Ms. Bates, the Department of Corrections and the Taxi Association family.

There will be a viewing held at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 29, at the Peter’s Rest Seventh- day Adventist Church. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
