Crime Stoppers is asking your help to solve the following crimes. If you know something, say something. Even the smallest bit of information may be just what law enforcement needs to solve these cases.

St. Croix: There have been a number of nighttime armed robberies. Businesses, individuals and couples have been victimized. Tell us what you know and help VIPD put these robbers behind bars, where they belong.

St. John: On Thursday, Feb. 10 between 8:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., a home at #9-9 Glucksberg was burglarized. The burglar(s) entered through the western bathroom window and exited through the western kitchen door. Items stolen included a licensed Dan Wesson, Model 1911, stainless, 10mm pistol with wood grips and night sights, two seven-round magazines, and ammunition manufactured by Georgia Arms.

St. Thomas: On Wednesday, Feb. 9, burglar(s) entered a home at 11-D-7 Lurkenlund by breaking a window on the western side of the house. Two laptops and one 50-inch television were stolen. This is the third burglary that has occurred recently on the island’s north side.

If you see suspicious individuals, please note any identifying characteristics, including descriptions of vehicles. Write down the details, and call 911 if you think it is warranted. The minimum cash reward is $714 for the arrest of a burglary suspect, and $900 for an armed robbery suspect.

You can submit tips on these or any other crimes at www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org or by calling 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). Your tips are completely anonymous, and the stateside operators are bilingual.

If your tip leads to an arrest or the recovery of stolen property, illegal drugs, or weapons, you will receive a cash reward to be paid according to your instructions. Only anonymous callers to Crime Stoppers are eligible for these cash rewards. Our technology makes it virtually impossible for anyone to trace your tip back to you. To learn how it works, visit www.CrimeStoppersUSVI.org .

In January, 11 of your tips helped law enforcement arrest seven individuals and remove three illegal weapons from the streets. If you submitted a tip, please check to see if you are eligible for a reward.
