Henrietta Penn Francis, better known as “Etta” and formerly of New York, died on April 21 in Florida. She was 87 years old.

She is survived by her brothers: Edmond and Carl A. Penn; sister, Iris B. Joseph; sisters-in-law: Angelina Penn, Helen Francis and Carol Challenger; nephews: Godfrey and Ralph Smalls, Earl Harrigan, Carl B., Richard and Gregory Penn and Paul Joseph; nieces: Edith Harrigan, Genevieve Donovan, Lydia Edinborough, Carolyn Gulett and Beverly Dangerville; nieces-in-law: Erna Harrigan, Doris and Jean Smalls; godson, Kenneth Marsh; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
