Bill No. 29-0160 – An Act amending Title 17, Virgin Islands Code, to enact the Agriculture in the Classroom Act
Bill No. 29-0011 – An Act amending Title 17, V.I.C., by adding chapter 20 providing for a voluntary pre-kindergarten program for four year olds under the Department of Education

Bill No. 29-0159 – An Act amending Title 2, chapter 1, V.I.C., to re-establish the Virgin Islands Commission on Aging within the Office of the Governor
Bill No. 29-0108 – An Act authorizing the governor to negotiate for the purchase or exchange of real property on St. Thomas for a car racing track and for other related purposes
The committee will also receive testimony on the status of the Horse Racing Industry within the territory, to include the implementation of the Racino Law
