The Division of Personnel will officially launch the Employee Self Service (ESS) Module of the ERP System on Tuesday, May 1.
Director Kenneth L. Hermon said, “This initiative is intended to allow government employees within the executive, judicial and legislative branches of government 24/7 enhanced access to their personal, job related information in an online, secure environment.”
Employees will be able to review their demographic information to determine if their information and records are correct within the ERP-HR module system, including name, birth date, address, gender, etc., as well as access past pay stub information; view their leave balances; reprint W-4 data; determine their current tax status and their current insurance selections; as well as their dependents and beneficiaries, all from the comfort of their desk or home, according to a press release issued Tuesday by the V.I. Division of Personnel.
The division has instructed all HR officers to have their employees complete the Employee Self-Service Module form. This form should be returned to the Departmental Personnel Officer who will perform all initial data entry on the employee’s behalf prior to Friday, April 20. The division is advising all GVI employees that if they have not already completed an ESS form, to please contact their departmental HR officer immediately to do so.
