Police on St Thomas arrested Efren De Los Santos, a fugitive who is wanted in Santa Clara County, Calif., on a felony warrant, the V.I. Police Department reported.

According to the warrant, De Los Santos is wanted for failure to appear at a court hearing.

He was arrested about 5:45 p.m. Friday at the Cyril E. King Airport. He will be held in custody pending his extradition.
