Police on St. Thomas arrested 53-year-old Tracy Jarret on Friday and charged him with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, according to the V.I. Police Department.

Jarret was arrested at 11:15 a.m. in Altona. Police said he had marijuana and cocaine in his possession when he was arrested.

Jarret’s bail was set at $10,000 and he was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advice of rights hearing.
